The Gingerbread House Bakery was founded in 2016 by self-taught pastry chef & cake decorator Natalie Rousseau. Amidst the fondant saturated cake market, we decided to create a specialty buttercream cake design practice that would combine the nostalgic flavors of neighborhood bakeries with the beauty of modern day flair. Now, she is sought after for her delicious macarons, exciting cakes and to die for cupcakes.
Since the launch of The Gingerbread House in January 2016, our home bakery has grown the to meet the demand from birthday celebrants, corporate & social event planners, gift givers, & dessert enthusiasts. We now average around 300 macarons every week, and are consistently growing to expand our awesome clientele. We offer a wide selection of buttercream based cakes & cupcakes- that are mostly personalized for each special occasion, making no two dessert creations coming from The Gingerbread House the same.
